What a World class Symmetric Strength score means
A World class Symmetric Strength score is the open-ended top tier in this scoring system. It represents an unusually high overall score among members, so the page treats it as a rare identity band rather than a promise about any specific exercise.
As of , member data is too thin to show a reliable share or real lift sets for the World class tier, so this page shows neither yet.
How this tier is calculated
The overall strength score is classified with the same fixed score bands used by the assessment and public profiles. The share comes from a cached snapshot of up to 10,000 members' latest saved checks, refreshed daily. It describes members on Symmetric Strength, not all users or the general population, and leaves out members who turned off community statistics. This page shows a share only when it falls between 1 in 200 and 1 in 2 members.
