Your strength, explained and shareable
A workout log records your numbers. The Strength Passport turns them into something you can understand and, if you choose, share: a profile with your strength score, tier, and any credible cohort percentiles, each one labeled with the data it was built from. You decide what is visible. When you publish your Passport, anyone can see how the available numbers were made.

Percentiles with stated context
When a credible cohort is available, a lift on your Passport can carry a percentile and a confidence label. The percentile tells you where the lift stands; the label tells you how solid that estimate is for your bodyweight, sex, and lift. When the sample is too thin, the page withholds the claim instead of pretending precision it does not have.
Separate competition context when available
Your Passport distinguishes consented app cohorts from verified OpenPowerlifting competition cohorts. When a comparable competition cohort is available, the page labels that context and its sample instead of implying every lift has a competition anchor.
Proof cards for the moments that matter
When you reach a new tier, or when a qualifying cohort supports a rare-lift result, the Passport can produce a shareable card with the score, tier, and any available cohort context. The card is built from the result you choose to share.
One page for your whole strength picture
Score, tier, any available per-lift percentiles, weak points, and progress over time live on one page. It reads as an identity, not a workout list: what you lift, how it ranks when credible context exists, and what is improving.
Your data stays yours
A new Passport is private. During onboarding, you choose whether to keep it private, publish selected fields, or also join public leaderboards. You can later hide your bodyweight, age, or sex, make the whole page private, or take it offline in your privacy settings.
Enter your lifts in the free calculator and see your score, tier, and any credible cohort percentiles in about a minute. No account needed to see the available numbers; claim the Passport when you want to keep them.
Claim my PassportCommon questions
Do I need an account to see my score?
No. The calculator gives you a full score and analysis without signing up. An account is only needed to save history and claim a Passport.
Who can see my Passport?
Only you can see a new Passport until you choose to publish it. You can publish selected fields, opt into public leaderboards separately, or return the whole page to private anytime in your privacy settings.
Where do the percentiles come from?
App-population percentiles use saved logs from members who have not turned off community statistics. Comparable competition context can also come from verified OpenPowerlifting results. Each available number is labeled with its cohort and sample.
