Symmetric Strength hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the web application Symmetric Strength (the Software).

You may:

  1. Use the Software on any compatible computers or devices.

You may not:

  1. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble any official Symmetric Strength software or the Symmetric Strength website (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction).
  2. Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software or your Symmetric Strength account.
  3. Create software which makes use of the Symmetric Strength website or API without written permission. Email [email protected] to request permission for such software. Simply linking to the website is always permitted.

Termination

Your Symmetric Strength account may be terminated if you fail to comply with the limitations above. On termination, you may not create another account.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Symmetric Strength assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

Symmetric Strength IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Symmetric Strength. The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
