A Strength Level alternative with weak-point plans and a Coach

Strength Level is the bigger strength standards site, and it has been running since 2007. As of October 2026 its standards cover 287 exercises and draw on 195,513,376 lifts entered by 27,893,268 users. If you want to rate one exercise against a huge community, Strength Level is the better tool. Symmetric Strength scores up to 14 main lifts together, names the weak point that holds your overall score back, and turns it into a plan you can follow and track.

What Symmetric Strength adds

Weak points you can act on

The analysis ranks your imbalances across squat, hinge, press, pull and upper-body patterns, then lists corrective exercises and a suggested weekly adjustment for each one.

A Coach that shows its reasoning

When the Smart Coach has enough data, it names the weak point it targets, gives a do-today plan and checks the result later without claiming credit for it.

Your history comes with you

Import a Strong, Hevy or Alpha Progression export, and every check you save adds to a score history with progress charts.

A published method

The Symmetric Strength Editorial Team publishes how the Strength Score, the symmetry score and the weak-point analysis work, with the date it was last reviewed.
